BACKGROUND
AD Mortgage is a direct lender offering a broad portfolio of mortgage products, including conventional, government, non-QM, jumbo, and foreign national loan programs. AD Mortgage had a presence in the United States mortgage market, but the company faced a communications challenge. While technically strong, English was not the native language for many internal stakeholders, creating barriers in how the company’s expertise, product advantages, and brand value were communicated across their marketing materials.
AD Mortgage engaged Grozina to refine messaging, strengthen clarity, and adapt communications for the U.S. market ahead of its series of advertising placements in the Scotsman Guide.
CHALLENGE
Because English was not the native language for many internal contributors, marketing materials and communications often required refinement. The objective was to improve language, and to translate AD Mortgage’s expertise into messaging that felt clear, credible, and market-relevant within the U.S. financial landscape.
