Imperial Fund

Imperial Fund is a South Florida based mortgage investment fund that acquires and manages investment portfolios of mortgage loans and real estate debt securities.

We led a crisis management strategy for Imperial Fund and their partner, A&D Mortgage, which resulted in a successful first closed securitization of $145.6 million during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The investment bank faced a critical issue as they just began the process of their first securitization at the time when most investors were fearful and liquidated their funds. With these results, our team went on to assist their team with the formation of two new companies, MVjets and ADM Securities.
