Coconut Grove Business Improvement District

The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID) is a City of Miami Board dedicated to promoting Coconut Grove as a world-class waterfront village with a compelling retail mix. Natalia and her team worked with the BID to create a communications, branding and marketing strategy to accomplish their destination marketing goals. Key projects and initiatives completed include:

  • Coconut Grove’s 4th of July Fireworks Celebration in collaboration with the City of Miami (a 10,000+ event)
  • Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in collaboration with CocoWalk
  • Production of an illustrated walking guide
  • St. Alban’s Toy Drive
  • Bike Lane the Grove and Panama Jack bicycle initiatives
  • First Saturday of the month Fashion + Art + Music nights
  • The Grovite quarterly newspaper and e-newsletter
  • Sail the Grove booklet partnerships with BACARDI Miami Sailing Week, Columbus Day Regattas and Orange Bowl Youth Regatta
  • Coconut Grove’s mobile app and lifestyle blog
  • Social media, video and print marketing efforts with the Welcome Channel and others
  • Press releases and sponsorships for events
  • Coconut Grove street/navigation signage
