Coconut Grove Business Improvement District

Coconut Grove is Miami’s oldest and most eclectic neighborhood. The Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID) is a City of Miami Board dedicated to promoting Coconut Grove as a world-class waterfront village with a compelling retail mix. Prior to starting Grozina, Natalia and her team worked with the BID and external stakeholders to create a communications, events, branding and marketing strategy to accomplish their destination marketing goals.

Key projects and initiatives completed include:

  • Production of a branded and illustrated city walking guide
  • Event marketing, promotion and production of Coconut Grove’s 4th of July Fireworks Celebration (a 10,000+ secured event), CocoWalk’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony with Commissioner’s Marc Sarnoff and Ken Russell, St. Alban’s Toy Drive, First Saturday of the month Fashion + Art + Music nights, among others
  • Production of The Grovite quarterly newspaper and e-newsletter
  • Design and editorial for Coconut Grove’s first mobile app and lifestyle blog
  • All social media, digital marketing and print marketing design
  • Press release writing, event sponsorships and video marketing partnerships with the Welcome Channel
  • Creative direction for Coconut Grove street/navigation signage
